i'm not 100% sure i can come, but if i do, i'll put my hand up for Rizzoli @ Isles (not showing here yet) with 2 (count 'em!) female leads. and maybe Jessica from Suits (also not showing here yet) because Gina Torres is awesome with a capital O. and Kono from Hawai'i Five-O, also capital O awesome. and both PoC as well... if i can squeeze it in, i'll also add Shawn and Gus from Psych, because they're so slashable and yet somehow not the main slash pairing in the fandom. </unrealistic expectations>
