Prospective Dates for 2016

Hi all,

As most/some of you will know this has been a very busy year for me, but nonetheless AIN'T NOTHING GONNA BREAK OUR STRIDE so get/together 2016 will be taking place come hell or high water.

We're just looking at booking the venue, so dates are not 100% confirmed at this moment, but if we can get it when we want it we'll be following our usual pattern of it being the middle weekend of the Spring school holidays, ie 1st and 2nd October this year, with 30th September and 3rd October added on for those who can take a long weekend. I'll be back to confirm that as soon as humanly possible.

In the meantime, if you've got friends who don't often check lj these days, and aren't on twitter, can you pass the word on to them and we'll see if we can get the whole band back together.

Otoh: OH GOD, YULETIDE, otoh: YAY, YULETIDE. We'll have to get a schedule of write-ins worked out at some point too. ;-p

Hooray. That'd be great, I know a lot of the others are into Hamilton in a big way (not so much me) and it'll be great to see you again.

Accommodation is tight in Wellington at the moment, so I'm not sure if you've looked into that, or if you have other friends here? I do have a backup booking at a hostel if needed, but it's fairly basic as these things are.

No, sorry on both counts. Potential new person now can't come this year, plus lives in Hamilton, NZ, not a Hamilton fan (as far as i know!) Another Stargate Atlantis slasher.

Oh my God, hahaha. This is doubly funny to me because the first twenty times I saw Hamilton mentioned on twitter I thought WHY THE HELL IS EVERYONE SO INTO THE TRON ALL OF A SUDDEN.
