Heya all.

Continuing my long and proud tradition of going to edumacational conferences the week before g/t, I will, in fact, be in Auckers at a conference the week before g/t.

I'll be at the conference most of the weekend, but may be able to meet for dinner, and then if anyone's interested I was thinking of staying for a couple more days. Who wants me?

Yay! You're most welcome to stay at mine. You're probably going to get a better offer, but I've got an air mattress that I like sleeping on and would quite happily do so. I'm living in the semi Eastern suburbs at the moment with one not quite in fandom but almost by osmosis flatmate.

I'm 97% sure Dean's One Perfect Crystal Team is me and morebliss. We just watched all five seasons, non-stop, in eight days. Holy crap.

We never ever slept, ate so much junk food I almost went into a diabetic coma, and all we ever said to each other, or indeed the screen, was, "Oh, Dean." And occasionally, "Screw you, Scrunchy Monkeyface!"

We aren't terribly close to the city, but we are a 10 minute walk from the train, and have a guest room with its own toilet/shower/fridge/bar/etc, so. *g* Although we're super happy to share you with Blade, so.

By the way are you coming up for Armageddon this year.. I have half a hotel room going. It's located almost opposite the show grounds at 85.00 per night.

That's 85 split between us, I'm staying from the Friday night to the Tuesday morning.

Unfortunately I won't be making it this year, trying to decide if I go Gold or Platinum pass and still paying off the US trip.

If you can get someone to commit to three or four nights you should go with them -- I'd only be able to do two most likely, unless there are awesome flights, given I've got to leave from work Friday, and make it back for work Tuesday. But I'll look into it this weekend.
