Hi all! I'm in Wellington this week, so if anyone is keen to go for dinner on Friday, let me know here or on Twitter. I'm open to suggestions for where, or there's always our old standby the Oaks.

ETA: Booking made at Arashi for 6.30 on Friday, in honour of [livejournal.com profile] deepbluemermaid's birthday. \o/

Hi gang, I'm organising a trip to the Ramen Shop in Newtown this coming Saturday - 6:30 pm. If you're keen let me know here (unless you already have on Twitter) and I'll give them a call sometime this week and see if they take bookings.

A bunch of us are seeing a movie in Wellington this Friday night, and will be meeting up for dinner beforehand. Other resident or visiting fangirls are welcome to join us! 7pm at the Oaks noodles place, as per usual.

Hi gang, [livejournal.com profile] shihadchick is in town this week so we're Fangirl Fridaying it up - Usual bat-time, usual bat-channel: 7pm at the Oaks, Friday 17 March. Love to see you all there!

Also new livejournal updating is really weird. I think even the font is different.

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone would be up for a fangirl Friday meet-up next week in Wellington? I'm leaving New Zealand and moving to Australia the following week, so was hoping to see people before I go.

Was thinking the normal Oaks and dessert afterward.

ETA: And cause I'm an idiot, I forgot to put the actual time. Planning on meeting at 7pm. See whoever can make it tonight ^_^

This is extremely late notice, I know, but if you're free this Friday night (ie the 14th) [livejournal.com profile] gnine is in town from America and would like to meet up with some local fannish types. Standard procedure, Oaks at 7... [livejournal.com profile] china_shop and I will definitely be there. Hope to see some of you if you can make it. \o/

I'm coming down for bookfair and staying about a week - would people be free for some kind of Fangirl Friday on the 29th? (Or the 22nd, but [livejournal.com profile] morebliss can't make it, plus that's pretty short notice given I'll be out of commission on a bus tomorrow. The 29th is looking better!) I'm thinking Oaks Noodle House, to be staggeringly original.

Hey all.

I'm having leaving drinks at the Southern Cross Bar, Friday July 8th, before I move to Canberra on the 16th. From 7:30, for whoever wants to come along.

I'm really sad about having to leave Wellington, but I'm really hoping to make it back for get_together.

*hugs*

Hey guys, I was wondering if the Wellington locals are free for a fangirl dinner on Friday 17 June? It's the day after my birthday, a week before [livejournal.com profile] arysteia's, and my good friend and flister from Scotland, [livejournal.com profile] buckle_berry, is going to be in town. She'd love to meet all ya'all. I was thinking 7pm at the Oak's Noodle House as per usual.

Who's in?

Heya all.

Continuing my long and proud tradition of going to edumacational conferences the week before g/t, I will, in fact, be in Auckers at a conference the week before g/t.

I'll be at the conference most of the weekend, but may be able to meet for dinner, and then if anyone's interested I was thinking of staying for a couple more days. Who wants me?

We're having a fangirl meet-up/casual dinner thing on Friday 25 June. 7pm, Oaks Noodle House in Cuba Mall, no doubt followed by cake somewhere else. Loud embarrassing discussions predicted, so set your shame dial to zero. ;-)

Right!

I have finally managed to sort myself out. "Are you joking trying to book accommodation in Auckland for a long weekend on the Wednesday???" Why no, I am relying on the sheer useless miniscule horridness of the hotel I stayed at last year to ensure that it is empty. And lo, my faith is rewarded. Lilliput here I come.

I'll see most of you there, I assume, and will text on arrival. Naturally I want to lunch/dine/coffee (all/some of the above) with as many of you as possible. I'm going to have M with me, but she is awesome, fear not. Also you all met her when you stayed at Stately Luthor Manor, and we screamed "Porn! Anal sex!" at her boyfriend, now husband, so no censorship is required. That ship is long sailed.

I have queries:

1) The Edge is useless and will not let me book three-day passes online. If I succeed in ordering by phone, does anyone at all of you work/study in town and would be able to pick them up for me??? So I can avoid the heinous queues when I arrive exhausted, especially with my mundane friend...

2) Where on earth can I park my car Saturday morning to Monday midday without having to sell my first-born?

*bats eyelashes, twirls, looks pretty (and helpless)*

Hey there!

I'm coming to Auckland this weekend for Armageddon... Well, a flying visit for part of Armageddon. As usual my original plans have somewhat come undone... But I'm coming anyway. For reasons that don't need exploring at this juncture I've decided to get the neck-breaking bus up instead of drive. Anyhoo.

Any of those offers of couches still open? It'd only be Saturday night. And who wants to meet me in any case? Dinner Saturday? Lunch Sunday? Bueller? Anybody?

Anyone apart from [livejournal.com profile] sethra2000, anyway. Talk to you soon, Caz.
