Howdy all.

And holy hell, where did the time go? I'm sure it was just yesterday I was congratulating myself on being efficient and Getting Things Done.

Many thanks for your prompt payments. To the shops I go. [I'm pretty sure I have everyone now, bar six, seven counting me, people I know in RL, *g*. Yo, Miss I Love Pie!]

Attendance-wise, we're at 24 confirmed, our second greatest haul after the bonanza that was 2009. We welcome three shiny new people this year, ships_harry, gnine, and cyphomandra, so please make them feel at home. We also welcome home some old friends. \o/

dewey3067 has made her Swapmeet post as usual here. Please minimise stress and the chance of electrical failure (rickety, rickety) and use it.

Timetable, venue maps, etc follow hot on the heels of this post. Get back to slaving over a hot hard drive, presenters. *evil cackle* *runs away and cries over own*

Note 2: There'll be a top level comment to this post where I attempt to wrangle the Ladies of Awesome. Please go there if that's you.

Note 3: Lunch breaks are scheduled at 45 minutes instead of a full hour. Partly to pack in as much as possible, partly to get the second slot on day one as early as possible. You are, of course, free to come and go as you please.

Note 4: The debate has been suggested/requested several times over the last few years, and this year we're taking the plunge. See the second top level comment for details if you're interested.

Note 5: Clearly there is a little buffer space between the end of scheduled programming and dinner. I won't bet against the idea we'll be running late by then... plus we need to clean up. :D
