Hey there!

I'm coming to Auckland this weekend for Armageddon... Well, a flying visit for part of Armageddon. As usual my original plans have somewhat come undone... But I'm coming anyway. For reasons that don't need exploring at this juncture I've decided to get the neck-breaking bus up instead of drive. Anyhoo.

Any of those offers of couches still open? It'd only be Saturday night. And who wants to meet me in any case? Dinner Saturday? Lunch Sunday? Bueller? Anybody?

Anyone apart from sethra2000, anyway. Talk to you soon, Caz.

*waves hand wildly* Ooh, ooh, I bags you for lunch or dinner, whichever is easier for you. And I suspect there will be orbiting fangirls around at either time, too, for group dining. *poings* Also, let me know if you can't find anyone's couch to crash on and I should be able to tee up something - blue_raven and I have a hotel room in town (we are lazy and want to be close and car-parking (defiant hyphen! take that, America!) in Auckland is quite close to at least the sixth circle of Hell) so teeeeechnically I don't think we have a couch, and we do have a third roommate that night (legitimately, for once! :D) but I am certain Things can be arranged if necessary.

i can even offer a bed. the house is a complete shambles still, and probably won't be much better by next weekend, but it is close to a railway station, which will give you independence of movement. i'll be out Saturday night having dinner with friends so you can invite a whole lot of strangers over and trash the place, but i'm free the rest of the weekend.

i should also warn you that i have a large dog who will want to make you her new chew toy bestest friend ever, but is essentially harmless, except to my mental health. and a couple of cats. just in case you're allergic.

My couch is still open, too, if cross_stitchery's bed doesn't work out. I have a large and annoying cat (see icon) and not the tidiest house in the world, in the interests of full disclosure, but you're most welcome.

I'm definitely available for Saturday/Sunday :) (Well, Sat after 6 when I finish work.) I'll let the other me know and see what she can do in regards to her exam time table (we're definitely going to Armageddon on Sunday, but I'm not sure about her for Saturday). I hope your bus trip up is as pleasant as it can be :)
