Are you a reader, a writer, an artist, a vidder, a lurker, all of the above, or something else entirely: I write and read and watch the occasional vid.

Wax lyrical about your current fandoms and OTPs: They're the same old fandoms and OTPs that they've always been. The Sentinel, The Professionals and Maiden Rose, if we're going purely for the slash. I'm not at all tempted to write or even to bother much with the fandoms but I am enjoying vast piles of everything MCU in fanfic.

Reminisce with one perfect crystal emo tear for the ship that sank or the fandom that finally faded away: Old fandoms never die, they just demand a drabble every ten years or so. With the exception of Sherlock BBC which is dead to me.

Any squicks or kinks (be clear which is which, *g*): I'm never going to be a fan of RPF but it's of interest in a meta sort of a manner. I don't much fancy mpreg, some of the more extreme sexual kinks, or gratuitous teeniness in canonically average sized and masculine appearing men. I have a kink for any sort of 'what if' scenario, and conflicting loyalties.

Fannish highlight of your year: It's usually G/T. Although this year is the year that beautiful new remastered and coloured versions of The Professionals have come out. The seventies never looked so good.

Favourite new show/movie/comic/source text since last year: I'm not fannish about it, but given that all my main fandoms are dying/tiny, I'm perfectly happy to be swept up in the great Niagara of MCU.

Favourite AO3/tumblr/twitter tag: Don't tend to use them, don't tend to read them.

Where do you do the bulk of your fannish interaction? Is there a hotbed of awesome out there that someone might be missing out on? Any specific comms or tumblrs or rec sites or tags we should be following? The usual suspects - LJ/DW/AO3/Tumblr

2) The G/T Advanced Section

How many g/t’s have you been to? All of them.

How did you hear about your very first one/from whom/whose lj flist were you on? Elaine/Cross-stitchery told me about it. I don't know where she heard of it.

Have you ever done a presentation at g/t? What was it? (Especially if it was in Year 1, 2, or 3, for which records are slightly murky.) Babby's first PowerPoint (with accompanying booklet done in Publisher) was done on The Sentinel at G/T #1 or 2. Yes, I have done other G/T presentations, for which there will be vague records in this here LJ comm.

Best g/t memory ever (or that you can remember right this minute): I recently tracked down the Bullshitters:Roll Out the Gun Barrel on YouTube, and remember when Kiwi Sue brought it (to G/T #1?) There's a scene where the leads are shirtless and kissing passionately, and Claire, who'd crashed, woke up at just that moment and enquired in astonishment 'What the hell was that?!'

And then I got around to reading my friends page and found the answer. Yes. So, so awful, and I agree about the retrospective torpedoing. It's like seeing the ex that you had an awful break-up with across the street - awkward and uncomfortable.
