By saying in my last post that I was technically on schedule I jinxed myself and am now, by four days, officially the latest ever in terms of organisation. BUT. You all know what you're doing. So. Expect a barrage of updates today. And then do your part. :D

First up, please, pretty please, on this post 1) confirm your attendance 100% for reals, and 2) let me know what time you're arriving in town (if you're from out of town), or whether you've got Friday and Monday off work (if you're local). I need to know this not for stalking purposes, but so that I can plan brunch/lunch both days as appropriate, and book restaurants for dinner.

I get in at 6pm Friday, because I have to teach some classes first, but I leave early Monday night!
