I've got a shiny new fandom I'd like to pimp. It is: Oh, I just want to pimp Due South all over again, only better this time. Can I get away with that? Also Callum/Hugh, maybe, briefly. Maybe I'll just play a couple of Hard Core Logo vids and bombard you with slashy quotes from interviews. (Dude, they have matching bracelets!) And I have Life on Mars, but I've only seen 2 eps so far.

Will pay you next time I see you.

Oh, this doesn't ask where I'll be staying: Mostly at home, but I might stay over one night, if there's room and if my health is okay.

I'm a vegetarian/I'm allergic to/I don't/won't eat: carbs (except for how I cheat ALL THE TIME), beans, olives, marzipan, beer.

My definition of slash is: Chemistry and/or subtext between same-sex characters.

I like slash because: Stereotypically speaking, men are physically easy and emotionally difficult.

I discovered slash by: Reading eliade's Spike/Buffy, and following her into Spike/Xander.

My bullet proof kink: Friends as well as lovers, banter, desperate last-time sex.

My major league squick: Non-con, power imbalances, underage sex.

Wondering if we like similar types of herbal tea? 'Cos I like peppermint - is good for dodgy next-morning tummies. Or fruity ones. And I would go with the lemon and honey thing as well :-)

Also - Hard Core Logo - have not seen any, so feel free to pimp me, because I do like CKR.

They have a song called "Lemon" from back in '93ish, and spent most of one tour starting their encore from a giant rotating mirrorball lemon off to the side of the stage. I love my band so very, very much.
