Trim milk
Sprite (Diet)
I don't eat: Carbs. Shut up! Il faut souffrir d'etre beau.
My definition of slash is: A same sex relationship observed in the subtext to a work.
I like slash because: It's hot. It's (as a rule) much better written than het romance/erotica. It's hot. The most important/interesting characters and the most important/interesting relationship in a given work are generally both men/between two men. It's fucking hot.
I discovered slash by: When I was an innocent schoolgirl (seriously, this was before the internet!) I picked up a badly photocopied complilation (which I later learnt to identify as a zine) at a friend's house. Said friend was quick to explain it was her elder sister's. It was about Blake's Seven. And shock! Two male characters were having sex (I'm pretty sure it was the now legendary Log of the Hellhound). Eons later I discovered the internet (how did I live without it?) and looked up The X-Files, which was my favourite show. I accidentally surfed into the Mulder/Krycek Romatics' Association. I read a story and was horrified. I read another one, just to make sure. I was hooked.
My bullet proof kink: Fast cars (OT3??? Lex/Clark/Ferrari). Grim peril. Ruling the world. The control freak in a partnership bottoming.
My major league squick: Eroticised sexual violence. It's Not. Fucking. Sexy. It's a crime. Ridiculously OOC behaviour justified as AU. It's not interesting. It's lame. Unless it's a spoof. But that's a different story.
