The dates for g/t this year will be October 1st to 3rd. We plan to use the same venue as last year, all going well.

Ironically, Adam is the reason I haven't given in and booked a flight already - he's doing some tour dates in our part of the world around then (Japan is announced already - Oct 4-8), so I'm waiting on Aussie concert dates (if it's true) to finalise plans.

Have you thought about using Turnbull House (http://www.doc.govt.nz/parks-and-recreation/places-to-visit/wellington/poneke/turnbull-house/booking-information/) instead? It's reasonably priced, and you'd only want two rooms - the large and small gallery or the large gallery and the museum room? Either of those would work out to be $400 for two days, and there is a kitchen attached to the large gallery. They're quite happy for you to pay afterwards.
