Greetings all.

We're in the final countdown now, so this is the place to make explicit and official your intentions vis a vis contributions at the con. If you have a witty title and tag line for the programme (LOL!) stick it in your comment here. If you're still a WIP, can you just give me an indication of what you *think* you'd like to do, so I can shove it on a theoretical timetable, and we can liaise about how long you'll need, what resources are required etc.

This includes: meta discussions you plan to lead/moderate; show pimps/intros; ship manifestos; the ol' slash pictionary; new games; ideas for discussion you *don't* want to lead/moderate but would like added to a general panel, etc. Any ideas you have, throw them on this pile please.

My over-ambitious plan is currently Better off Ted: Phil and Lem - Their Love Is So Cancelled and Psych: Lassiter's Not Here. Um, at this point I'm aiming for about half an hour for Better off Ted and IDKohgod for Psych.

I got three episodes into clipping the first draft of BOT when I discovered my Avisplit program was not working. It's taken me until now to get one that does. I have a feeling my time is going to be very busy right up until G/T. I CAN USE MY LAPTOP ON THE PLANE, RIGHT?!?

I have just this second finished my Better off Ted pimp and it's 41 minutes.

Uh. So that was only 26 episodes and my pairing weren't the main focus. How long do you think I can get for this Psych one before people want to hunt me down?

Ummm... really not any longer than that please. One of the more consistent feedback recs from last year was to keep reels in the 30-45 range, lest people drift off. Also, Alasen did do an early pimp reel for Psych way back in S1, so most attendees should have a basic idea.

Cool, that's the motivation I need to play the clip deathmatch I really need to. I've been contemplating the BOT one and I think I can cut out a few more things which are really more "this show was legit funny" than pairing.

I had forgotten about Alasen's. At this point between that and general fandom osmosis I think we all probably know enough for me to skip a lot of set up. \o/
