Final Housekeeping Matters

Accommodation

For those of you that have arranged accommodation with Dewey, the hotel is the Brentwood in Kilbirnie. There is supposed to be a free airport shuttle. Their website says "For a pick up please call us on 0508 273 689 once you have collected your luggage and we will pick you up outside the Arrivals Terminal (downstairs). Drop offs can be arranged with Reception." Dewey will check-in around 1:30 on Friday (Air NZ co-operating). Please let her know in comments or by email what time you expect to arrive so that she can make sure you can get into the rooms. Cell number: 027 482 2010 if any problems on the day.

Friday

I'm having a hell of a day at work, but will be able to get away for lunch. If anyone who's interested can indicate it in comments, I'd probably lean towards Elements, also in Kilbirnie, so easy for you, and I can get there and back to work in the appropriate time. Claire et al - As you three will be sharing a room for the three days do you want it under your name so you can sort out payment among you? I'm fine either way - just thought I'd offer.

blademistress and I will be in town around 10:30. We'll probably check in after lunch, if that's okay with you. :D

Should be fine. Not sure what their check-in time is - I'll call in the morning and let them know to expect you.

You may want to go there first from the airport and use the free shuttle. Even if you can't check in early you should be able to leave luggage at the desk.

well, as you already know, i'm getting in around 8pm at the airport and i see you're all meeting up at Olive's for dessert, so i might just catch a bus and join you there after all. (nothing like actually reading the info instead of skimming and missing most of it..)

I will be arriving at the airport at about 9:30am on Sat morning so will get the shuttle to the hotel and walk from their to the venue.
