get_together | Proposed timetable and ideas for discussion

Hi everyone!

We're starting to do some planning for get/together. Yay! Last week

arysteia and I put together this (very) draft timetable, which is vague, semi-random and totally open for discussion. All suggestions welcome. :)

As you can see, it's loose, and there's heaps of room to add stuff, so if you have an idea lurking in the back of your mind, tell us! :)
