I was thinking that SGA is pretty much all said and done and doesn't really bear repeating again and songvids would probably be enough of an introduction -- unless anyone specifcally wants it?

On the other hand, Supernatural and Kitchen Confidential have potential for pimp sessions.

I'm certainly keen to hear about Supernatural - all I know is that it has Jensen Ackles from Smallville, who I thought was very sweet. My flisters like it though, so I should have known it was slashy. Never heard of the other...?

Well, it'll be short for both because they're only be about 8 eps to choose clips from. Plus, KC is only a half hour show. But it might make good filler because of that and we can put a few eps on disc.
