Hey you guuuuys! We're at T-minus-two. Or three. Depends when you're all arriving, and that's what I'm here to ask. Who's getting here when? Do we want to coordinate a Friday night thing? Raise your hand!

- $20 from each of you to cover the cost of the room and a few snacks, please. Payable to yours truly on Saturday morning.

Well, Cross_Stitchery and I will be arrving in Welly at about 8:40pm, and I was wondering myself what we would be doing. We will most likely get a shuttle to the Hostel... What name are the rooms booked under by the way.

You guys appear to be arriving last. Mab will have secured your room but we'll probably have already headed to dinner by the time you arrive. Dump your stuff upstairs, then confirm our whereabouts by text -- either at the restaurant, or on up the road for cake and coffee.

I'm arriving on Fri afternoon about 5 pmish. I'll dump my bags (off to UK after G/T, yay!) at the hostel, but what do I do then? Beside see how late Borders stays open on a Friday night? *g*

You seem to be arriving first. I suggest you go grab the first room, which gives you first dibs on beds. I've put you, Elaine, Carol, Sue and Ange in together. It's three singles and a double, so two people will have to share -- the two who were on a tight budget, perhaps? ;-p But this way you get your own bathroom etc, so preferable to other options.

If you do want to entertain yourself in the bookshops for a couple of hours (I'd suggest Arty Bees, just round the corner, as well as Borders) we'll all go for dinner later.

In theory Ange and I get in around five, but I suspect we may be waiting at the airport for the Ls to just be lazy and share a cab (I know we can take the bus, just- um. Lazy. And all four of us will've had long weeks! *g*) so probably we'll get in around six/seven, I think? I suspect we'll text/phone and find out where people are/if anything is happening. I vote Friday night thing, even if it is just dinner.
