Right, we're a week out, and this is the general housekeeping post. (Apologies for the spam today.)

1) Payments: A friendly reminder to get your subs in asap please. They technically close today, people, and I'd like to beat the GST rise, please. It's in all our coke guzzling, chip scoffing interests, *g*. Everyone who commented with a payment except one has come through, I've alerted that one individually. The one who didn't comment, but paid, I know who you are! Ditto the one who paid cash, and my houseguest. Many thanks to those who are ahead of the curve, much appreciated, and a poke with the pokey stick to the laggards. Go here for details if you still need the details.

2) Accommodation: Has everyone who isn't from Wellington sorted out where they're staying/who they're sharing a room with? Can a team leader from each group please let me know your details (lest we lose you to daylight saving/bus strikes/other and have to find you).

3) Arrivals: Can everyone let me know when their flights/trains/buses get into town. We may be able to organise car-pools, shared taxis etc, plus we don't want to miss you at lunch/dinner/dessert etc.

4) Any Other Business: If you have any last questions, chuck 'em in here.

I arrive at Wellington airport at 6pm Friday so Yay! Noodle House! I don't leave until mid-day Monday so would also be interested in anything going on Sunday or early Monday.

Just double-checked AirNZ; blademistress, michanna and I all get in at 7pm on Friday so we'll be lateish to dinner, I imagine? jocondite is rooming with us, but gets in a little earlier on Friday so might make it for dinner? I'll bend her ear about it tomorrow, anyhow.

We're staying at a hotel in Thorndon (plan to cab it after dinner on Friday and then we're picking up a rental car Saturday morning).

I arrive at 8am Friday (hi, morning person). I've got some things to do in town but expect to be free by late afternoon, so will meet up with Team XBase, and will be fully ready for dinner and a vino by the evening :D

Arriving at 12:10pm on the Friday. Eeee! I sort of work night shifts now, though, so I may be slightly zombie-like for most of Friday. Will try to nap at the hostel in the afternoon and be awake for evening food. (Roomies, please feel free to prod me awake when you arrive!)
