Note 1: I'll let you know about Friday as soon as I've gone to Staff Briefing Monday ;-p

Note 2: There'll be a top level comment to this post where I attempt to wrangle the Ladies of Awesome. Please go there if that's you.

Note 3: Lunch breaks are scheduled at 45 minutes instead of a full hour. Partly to pack in as much as possible, partly to get the second slot on day one as early as possible. You are, of course, free to come and go as you please.

Note 4: The debate has been suggested/requested several times over the last few years, and this year we're taking the plunge. See the second top level comment for details if you're interested.

Note 5: Clearly there is a little buffer space between the end of scheduled programming and dinner. I won't bet against the idea we'll be running late by then... plus we need to clean up. :D

1) Please confirm that you're still good to go, and that you're roughly five minutes long. Order within Group 1 and Group 2 is up for grabs, so if you've got a preference let me know. First in first served.

2) Can you please have your AV content (if applicable) ready to go early in the piece (Saturday morning ideally) so I can get the whole lot into one folder on the desktop and we can flow semi-seamlessly from one to the next.

My Cass pimp is good to go, will do a couple of dry runs to make sure that I'm under 5 minutes. I'm just doing good old Powerpoint presentations, so AV content is not a problem. As for order, probably right before the Steph pimp? Would make the most narrative sense.
